Pictures in the sky
Gonna paint a memoire
And not even try
I was 32 years old
When i finally realized
The 'w' in 'sword' is silent
This was kinda a surprise
It happened at a church
Where i directed a choir to sing
The whole lot of them corrected me
It was a really stupid thing
But like seriously, come on,
”Sword” is not a word I ever used
It’s just not in my vocabulary
Which is why I was confused
